Submission Specifications for Participants
-
Participants may present diverse forms of poetic works, including modern poetry, traditional metrical poetry, free verse, prose poetry, and themed original creative poetry. Entries can be individual or group collaborative works. Contestants may adopt standard poetic structure, rhythmic patterns and literary expression techniques to showcase personal literary characteristics and unique creative conceptions.
-
All works should demonstrate solid literary foundation and poetic accomplishment, including fluent wording, reasonable rhythm, profound conception, coherent logical layout and distinct thematic expression. Traditional-style poetry should adhere to orthodox literary norms and cultural connotations, while original creative poetry is encouraged to integrate contemporary perspectives and modern literary ideas. Participants may create works with unrestricted themes and styles, as long as the entries conform to positive cultural orientation and aesthetic values of the competition. Standard text creation formats are allowed, and basic literary polishing and auxiliary modification methods are permitted to optimize the presentation of poetic works.
-
Participants must submit complete and standard final versions of their poetic works with intact content, clear context and full literary expression. A short attachment including the participant’s name, age and brief creative introduction is required for entry. All submitted text files must be in standard readable formats with accurate wording and neat layout for professional official judging.
-
Works may be submitted via website upload, WhatsApp, or Email (only one method required), and must be named in accordance with competition rules.
Competition Rules
1、Originality: All entries must be completed independently by the participant. No submissions of others' works are allowed. Participants may use their own previous competition works.

Scoring Criteria
-
Creative Concept & Composition Structure: Present a well-organized poetic layout with balanced spacing, proper density and a clear theme. Key motifs, textual layers and blank segments follow classical traditional composition rules. All transitions look natural and follow core poetic standards: verbal rhythm, tonal changes, virtual-real balance and orderly arrangement. Young creators may add mild innovation while respecting tradition. All elements focus on the main artistic mood, ensuring complete harmony and strong cultural features.
-
Visual Language & Artistic Style: Arrange lexical strength, verbal tone and texture to fit common poetic styles, including landscape, flower-and-bird and lyric poetry, for both solo and group entries. Express soft artistic feelings through natural lexical variations and balanced layout. Keep a unified traditional poetic style across the whole work with consistent charm in group collaborative pieces.
-
Poetry Technique & Technical Control: Show solid literary fundamentals, including correct proportion, steady wording, clear structure, fine details and proper textual layering. Maintain stable lexical control and reasonable use of textual space. Group works must keep unified rhythm and neat arrangement. Combine standard traditional skills with personal creativity to raise overall literary quality.
-
Artistic Appeal & Emotional Expression: Blend personal aesthetic taste, cultural understanding and literary skills into the creation. Touch judges with elegant verbal charm, sincere emotion and fresh youth perspectives. Show unique oriental artistic awareness, create a deep impression, and deliver positive traditional cultural values and rich poetic mood.
