Competition Rules

​1、Originality: All entries must be completed independently by the participant. No submissions of others' works are allowed. Participants may use their own previous competition works.
 

2、Content Restrictions: All entries must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate, or controversial content. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification without prior notice.
 

3、Personal Data Use: Personal information provided by participants will only be used for competition contact purposes and to distribute competition notifications.
 

​4、Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that their personal information is accurate. The organizers will not be responsible for any errors.
 

5、Acceptance of Terms: By submitting their entries, participants agree to all competition terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant believed to have violated any competition rules, and there will be no appeals process.

Scoring Criteria

• Choreography and Spatial Arrangement: The overall choreography of the dance is well - structured. The spatial layout of dancers on the stage is appropriate, with a balanced distribution that makes full use of the performance area. Movements and formations are coordinated, and there is no obvious disorder or imbalance in the spatial composition. The proportion of different dance segments, such as solos, duets, and group dances, is well - considered, ensuring a harmonious and logical flow of the performance.
   

• Rhythm and Movement Expression: The combination of movements and rhythms is harmonious, creating a dynamic and textured performance. Dancers can use appropriate movement expression techniques according to the theme and emotions of the dance, such as slow - fast contrasts, sudden pauses, and flowing transitions. The transitions between different movements are natural and seamless, reflecting a high level of control over rhythm and tempo.
   

• Dancing Skills and Techniques: Dancers' movements are natural, fluid, and full of expressiveness. They demonstrate a good command of and can skillfully apply various dance techniques, such as spins, leaps, turns, and body isolations. The execution of these techniques is precise, smooth, and effortless, showcasing a high standard of dancing proficiency and physical control.
   

• Artistic Appeal: Dancers show a deep understanding of the dance theme and can fully immerse emotions into the performance. The dance is full of charm, capable of evoking strong emotional resonance among the audience. The performance leaves a lasting and profound impression, effectively conveying the intended artistic conception and emotions through body language and stage presence.
