During judging, a professional panel—including fine arts professors, professional sketch artists, experts in painting creation theory, pictorial emotional interpretation and traditional sketch culture, and senior art educators from renowned art universities—upheld strict, fair and transparent principles to meticulously review numerous competition artworks, sketch drafts and artistic statements.
