Scoring Criteria

  • Knowledge Accuracy and Logical Coherence: In the process of answering questions, Chinese language and cultural knowledge points are applied accurately. The problem - solving ideas are logically clear. Every step, from the elaboration of Chinese language rules (such as grammar, vocabulary collocations) and cultural principles (such as the origin and evolution of traditional festivals, cultural connotations of idioms) to the reasoning process and the conclusion, is closely connected, with no obvious knowledge errors or logical loopholes. When answering discussion questions (such as discussing the influence of Chinese literature on Asian cultures) and analysis questions (such as analyzing the structure and meaning - expression of classical Chinese poetry), the understanding of Chinese language concepts (such as "rhetorical devices in Chinese", "types of Chinese characters") and cultural concepts is precise. The argumentation process is well - organized, proceeding in an orderly manner like the systematic development of Chinese language and culture, ensuring the accuracy and coherence of the entire answering process.

  • Method Application and Skill Demonstration: Able to skillfully apply appropriate Chinese learning and analysis methods and skills. For example, in Chinese character analysis questions, correctly interpret the structure, meaning, and pronunciation of Chinese characters, just like accurately interpreting the strokes and radicals. In text comprehension questions, use appropriate reading comprehension skills (such as skimming for main ideas, scanning for details, inferring implications) and language analysis methods. When dealing with ancient Chinese texts, be able to skillfully use tools like dictionaries of ancient Chinese to understand archaic words and phrases. The operation process is smooth and natural, just like a proficient calligrapher skillfully handling a brush to write Chinese characters, demonstrating a good level of subject literacy and skill mastery, making the problem - solving process efficient and accurate.

  • Answering Standards and Expression Presentation: Answers are written standardizedly. In calligraphy - related parts (if any), Chinese characters are written clearly, neatly, and in line with the norms of Chinese calligraphy. The text expression is concise, clear, professional, and appropriate, conforming to the format and standards required by the questions. For example, in essay - writing questions, the article structure is clear, with an introduction, body, and conclusion. The language used is appropriate for the theme and audience, avoiding jargon that is not suitable for children and adolescents. When elaborating on viewpoints, one can be as natural and calm as a Chinese language expert presenting research results, communicating with the examiners through precise language and, if applicable, clear examples from Chinese literature or cultural phenomena, showing good control over the answering process.

  • In - depth Understanding and Expansion Innovation: Have a deep understanding of the principles behind the Chinese language and cultural knowledge involved in the questions and their application scenarios. Not only can solve the superficial problems (such as answering the basic meaning of a Chinese word or the origin of a simple cultural custom), but also can expand in combination with the actual situation in the answers, putting forward innovative insights or solutions. For example, in questions analyzing the spread of Chinese culture overseas, one can deeply explore multiple factors such as historical migrations, modern media influence, and international educational exchanges behind the phenomenon, and propose unique ideas for promoting Chinese language and culture learning among global youth. Just like integrating modern teaching concepts into the study of Chinese language and culture, it resonates with the examiners, demonstrating a deep mastery and flexible application ability of Chinese language and cultural knowledge.
