Competition Rules

​1、Originality: All entries must be completed independently by the participant. No submissions of others' works are allowed. Participants may use their own previous competition works.
 

2、Content Restrictions: All entries must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate, or controversial content. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification without prior notice.
 

3、Personal Data Use: Personal information provided by participants will only be used for competition contact purposes and to distribute competition notifications.
 

​4、Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that their personal information is accurate. The organizers will not be responsible for any errors.
 

5、Acceptance of Terms: By submitting their entries, participants agree to all competition terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant believed to have violated any competition rules, and there will be no appeals process.

Scoring Criteria

• Creative Concept & Composition Structure: Present a well-organized photographic layout with balanced negative space, proper density and a clear theme. Key subjects, tonal layers and blank areas follow classical photographic composition rules. All transitions look natural and follow core photography standards: visual rhythm, tonal variations, virtual-real balance and orderly arrangement. Young creators may add mild innovation while respecting tradition. All elements focus on the main artistic mood, ensuring complete harmony and strong cultural features.

• Visual Language & Artistic Style: Arrange shooting strength, light tone and texture to fit common photography styles, including landscape, flower-and-bird and figure photography, for both solo and group entries. Express soft artistic feelings through natural light variations and balanced layout. Keep a unified traditional photographic style across the whole work with consistent charm in group collaborative pieces.

• Photography Technique & Technical Control: Show solid photography fundamentals, including correct proportion, steady framing, clear structure, fine details and proper tonal layering. Maintain stable shooting control and reasonable use of frame space. Group works must keep unified rhythm and neat arrangement. Combine standard traditional skills with personal creativity to raise overall artwork quality.
