In terms of speech forms and auxiliary means, participants can utilize various speaking styles and techniques, including but not limited to passionate speeches, narrative speeches, argumentative speeches, humorous speeches, lyrical speeches, and impromptu speeches. They may use traditional auxiliary tools (such as paper manuscripts, blackboard writing, and physical props) for their speeches, or opt for digital presentation tools, multimedia devices, and sound effects. Whether it is an individual speech, a two-person speech, a group speech, or a combination of speech with other forms (e.g., recitation, short play excerpts), participants are encouraged to create works in any form, giving full play to their personal strengths and creativity.
-

The video must ensure clear, accurately capturing the speaker’s tone, body language, and details of emotional expression. It should clearly present the entire speech process, including the speaker’s expressive skills, on-site performance, interactions among members in group speeches, and related visual elements. If the speech includes special forms of expression—such as rich hand gestures, unique voice variations, or creative multimedia coordination (e.g., dynamic chart displays, interspersed background videos)—it is recommended to fully present these aspects. The video format is limited to MP4 or AVI, and the file size must not exceed [100] MB (the size limit can be set appropriately according to actual conditions).

Scoring Criteria
-
Content and Structure of the Speech:The overall content structure of the speech is clear and reasonable. Whether it is an individual speech, a two-person speech, or a group speech, the arrangement of each part is appropriate and orderly. The proportion of elements such as the theme, arguments, and supporting evidence is accurate, with no obvious imbalance in content. The logical progression of the speech is smooth, and the transitions between different parts (e.g., from introduction to discussion, discussion to conclusion, personal viewpoints to case support) are natural and coherent, allowing the audience to easily follow the train of thought.
-
Language Expression and Emotional Transmission:The overall style of language expression is unified and harmonious, and the speech as a whole is engaging and expressive. According to the theme and emotional needs of the speech, appropriate expressive techniques are employed. For example, emotional fluctuations are conveyed through changes in intonation (such as a progression from gentle to passionate, or subtle shifts in tone), and key content is emphasized through linguistic contrasts (such as solemn and serious discussions versus vivid and vivid descriptions, forceful declarations versus tender and delicate confessions). The transition of language styles between different parts of the speech is natural and smooth, enhancing the overall auditory experience.
-
Mastery of Speech Skills and Abilities:The speakers’ performance is natural and engaging. They demonstrate mastery of various speech skills, including language expression abilities (such as pronunciation accuracy, speed control, and use of pauses), body language application (such as gesture coordination, eye contact, and posture display), and teamwork (such as rhythm coordination and content connection in two-person or group speeches). These skills are applied skillfully and appropriately, reflecting a high level of speech literacy. Whether handling complex discussions, lengthy narratives, rapid shifts in expression, or impromptu performances, the speakers can maintain good control and precision.
-
Artistic Appeal and Emotional Resonance:The speakers have a profound understanding of the speech theme and can fully integrate their own emotions and interpretations into the speech. The speech is attractive and expressive, capable of evoking strong emotional resonance from the audience—whether it is the progressive power conveyed through passionate inspirational speeches, the touching stories told through warm narrative speeches, or the reflections triggered by profound argumentative speeches. Their on-site performance (such as a confident demeanor, cooperation with peers, and a sense of communication with the "audience" in recorded formats) and interpretation of the spirit of the speech are also important considerations. The speech leaves a deep and lasting impression, effectively conveying the core ideas and emotional connotations through skilled techniques and sincere expressions.
