• Calligraphic Technique: Evaluations focused on calligraphers' execution of complex calligraphic skills, such as the fluidity of cursive strokes in Chinese calligraphy, the precision of serif forms in Latin typography, or the rhythmic flow of Arabic script in traditional styles.

• Artistic Expression: Entries that reimagined classic calligraphic works (e.g., creating digital adaptations of ancient Chinese clerical script) or debuted original pieces with social themes (e.g., calligraphic installations addressing unity) stood out.

• Cultural Fusion: Works blending Japanese shodo brush techniques with Indian devanagari script, or incorporating Persian calligraphic motifs into Western typographic designs, demonstrated exceptional cross-cultural artistry.
