The 2025 World Children and Youth Geography Competition concluded on [2025.10.31] under the global spotlight. This influential global event attracted geography-loving young people from all over the world to engage in a fierce battle of geographical knowledge and spatial analysis skills.

 

During the judging phase, a professional panel composed of geography professors, research experts in geographical fields (such as physical geography, human geography, and geographic information science), and senior geography educators from renowned universities, adhering to the principles of strictness, fairness, and transparency, carried out several rounds of meticulous judging and in-depth review of the numerous competition works and answer sheets. The judges not only focused on the accuracy of geographical concepts (such as landform classification, climate zone division, and regional cultural characteristics), the precision of map reading and geographic data application, but also placed great emphasis on the candidates' innovative geographic thinking (such as multi-dimensional analysis of regional development issues), their ability to comprehensively apply geographic knowledge to solve real-world problems (such as analyzing the impact of climate change on regional agriculture), and their profound understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) and spatial modeling. After intense screening through multiple levels, outstanding candidates stood out, and the final results of the awards were determined.
